Hello Team
I am having a good week so far ...
I walked about 4 miles on Monday and again Wedsnesday and will again tomorrow morning.
I did an hour Pilates lession and have been bouncing here.
My food has been healthy with small portions.
Since I have already re-lost my one pound, I can't wait to see what I can loose by Sunday night.
Today, I am having a great day of Arbonne work and I will present later this evening.
Tomorrow is wildly full of appointments and Rog and I have plans in the evening. Saturday I have my first in person meditation class!
