Missing Us

I know it's been a long week for me. I don't know if it's been weather fluxuations or something else, but I've been up and down with migraines all week. Late this afternoon I finally felt like even the residual effects have gone. Whew! It doesn't happen like that often, but when it does, I really do have to limit what I do.

Anyway, I'm back - ready to hear from each of you and what you're doing. Kate - are you back to your swimming routine? Ginny - how many days smoke free are you now? Suzanne - I know you're out there! At least I see and/or hear San and Tee a bit more often since we're in the same area.

Anyway - we've come too far to give up on this so help me fire up this blog again! I miss you!
