OK ... back on track and loving the feeling!

My scale liked me this morning too! Just a couple of days of making great decisions and positive intention and my weight it back down by more than two pounds. Now, I am only 1.5 away from my low weight and I will begin making progress towards my next goal.
I think this has lots to do with how long I have held the weight. I remember reading that recent weight gain is easier for the body to release than long held weight so jump right back on the wagon and that weight will readily drop off!
