Hi....All you beautiful Womens....
I haven't been blogging, because I hate blogging when I'm down. I've been depressed ( as in the antidepressant isn't working ). I have an appt with a new psychiatrist on the 22nd, so I just have to hang on. I know things will work out. I've kept up my water jogging 6 days/week. I'm hungry ALL the time....I really have to fight against the idea that food will make me feel better.
I've loved reading the blogs...it's a big help.

Kate - Keep on truckin! I know you can do this. Will the new shake and fiber help with your hunger? We tasted them on Saturday at San's and they were delicious even made with water. I know the anti-depressant issue well. If I miss a dose of mine or don't take it at roughly the same time each day, my sense of well-being suffers. I am sending you lots of balanced thoughts and anti-hunger pixie dust. Love, Tee

PS: Do you have SAD (seasonal affective disorder)? I do and it exacerbates things. But I bought a SAD light for my desk at work and it makes a big difference. Just a thought.
