Universe gave me a Thumbs Up this morning

I don't think I did anything different, but getting on the scale this morning put me at 143 - my best weight to date. I keep seeing higher numbers, but today 143 is back. I'm going to take this as the Universe approving of me RECOMMITTING and breaking through this plateau by one pound or more by next Sunday!
